This is Mortimer Norval and he is a high class gnome if there ever was one. His hat fibres are a mix of Corriedale, merino, Eider, Firestar, Angelina fibre, Tencel and sari silk.
His hat includes a piece of handmade Steampunk inspired jewelry. He also has very yellow shoes with a hole for the big toe to peek out.
Top hatted gnomes are very labour intensive, taking at least an hour of pure needle felting to get the shaping right.
