This is Erigeron, Gnome of the English Garden.  He is made of the pinks and purples of the  Erigeron (also known as Fleabane flowers).  Their bushy, daisy like flowers are a welcome site in any English garden.
These gnome "buddlings" are a unique addition to the Gnomes For Your Homes collection.  These smaller gnomes, are characterized by their curly cue hat and felted petals and bare feet.  The hat tip can be twisted in any way you like.
